Cancellations
Once you have placed an order please contact us if you would like to make changes. Please have your order number prior to contacting us.

Returns
Returns must be made within seven days upon receipt of merchandise. All merchandise must be deemed in resalable condition, unused and in original packaging.

Merchandise must be shipped with an RA number printed on outside of shipping box. The RA number will be supplied by Ticket-A-Kid by calling (617) 254-6460 or e-mail orders@ticketakid.com. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for freight on all returns. Once received exchanges will be shipped at no additional charge.

All returns sent without following proper return procedure will be refused upon delivery. Ticket-A-Kid assumes no responsibility for refused and unauthorized returns. Proper return procedures must be in compliance.

Sales Tax
Ticket-A-Kid is required by law to charge sales tax in the state of Massachusetts. Sales tax is charged on total merchandise charges for orders delivered to MA at a rate of 5%.
